President Barack Obama says in his weekly address that while the U.S. economy has made great strides during his administration, the nation is still plagued by his predecessor’s legacy: “a few at the top were doing better and better while most families were working harder and harder just to get by. Reversing this trend must be Washington’s highest priority. It sure is mine.”
I thought the great redistributor’s higher taxes and greater regulation of job creators and health care solved that problem? Be wary of the coming push for the ‘grand bargain.’ THAT is Washington speak for higher tax rates and lower deductions, meaning we all pay more. Liberals always want MORE.
