Actress and The View co-host Candace Cameron Bure shared in an interview on Wednesday what she is looking for in a presidential candidate and identified what she believes is wrong with modern feminism. Fox host Brian Kilmeade then questioned Bure concerning former Sec. of State Madeleine Albright’s recent comment at a Hillary Clinton rally in New Hampshire during which she said, “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help each other.” First, the actress, who is an outspoken Christian, stated regarding hell, “There is nothing that to me that is funny about that. If anyone actually read their Bible and saw the description of hell, it’s disgusting.” Bure then took on the substance of Albright’s apparent attempt to shame women into voting for Hillary by pointing out that members of her gender hold different political views. “There are so many women that are not pro-choice, that are pro-life,” she said. “To say that they’re not feminists, that they’re anti-women if they’re not supporting other women, that’s, to me, what’s wrong with feminism.” “That is a turn-off for me as a woman,” she added.
