    Unfortunately sheeple seem to respond to emotion much more then logic and reason. It is much easier to make a 10 second emotional appeal than debate an issue using facts, but that does not mean that we should not keep trying.

    This just shows that the left doesn’t really want to solve any problems. They really don’t care about crime. All they care about is bringing about totalitarian rule and furthering their insand utopian ideas.

    Looking at the link to FBI statistics I was struck that there is no category for Hispanics for any crimes, as they are all apparently lumped in with “whites” to give a false impression of demographic crime distribution. For murder, for instance, about half of the known perpetrators of murder are black, despite being 12% of the population. There is no way to know what proportion of the remainder are Hispanic or white native born. Is this just another example of political correctness? Of the TopTen Most Wanted, half are Hispanic and one is a Russian ganster. The good news is that violent crime, contrary to the hysteria the media proclaims, is down substantially over the last 20 years despite a huge increase in gun ownership. Sure, there is better law enforcement and crack cocaine use is down, but does a well armed citizenry have some impact here?
