Biden to Voter in 1987: ‘I Think I Probably Have a Much Higher IQ Than You Do’

“In the above video, taken at April 3, 1987 campaign stop in Claremont, New Hampshire, Biden can be seen sparring with a voter who questioned his academic credentials. Biden responded, “I think I have a much higher I.Q. than you do I suspect. I went to law school on a full academic scholarship — the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship.” Biden went on to claim that he graduated in the top half of his law school.       I can’t believe that I’m saying this but I guess I feel kind of sorry for him. After losing his wife and daughter in an auto accident I could imagine him being somewhat bitter. I just don’t like the way he deals with others and talks down to them.His laughing at the mention of the murdered ambassador and his team really set me off. I have lost friends in the line of duty and don’t see it as a laughing matter. Maybe that is a defense mechanisim for him. Not defending him by any means but…..Just saying because there is no excuse for being rude or crude.

    Why did the American people elect someone who is hell-bent on fundamentally changing America –slowly converting her into a communist model nation? Why do the American people still consider Obama a viable candidate when he has dismantled the free market system, threatened the personal freedom of individuals, ignored the Constitution and jeopardized the future of our children with massive debt and economic disaster–most of which he is responsible for?? This man panders to the “middle class” while handing out our hard-earned tax money to irresponsible individuals and shady corporations like Solyndra. This is unacceptable.

    Why do the American people support this heartless regime which has severely and possibly permanently damaged our nation’s coal industry–destroying communities and devastating the lives of the “forgotten Americans”– the poor whites who live in Kentucky, southern Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia? These people were more than willing to go into those coal mines every day to earn a living. They have been betrayed–and it is not “politically expedient” or “politically correct” for the liberals to address the concerns of these Americans (because they are not “people of color”) whose way of life has been gutted. The rest of American will face massive increases in electricity rates in two years as a result of the destruction of the coal industry.

    The federal government with Obama will continue to grow like a monster–requiring more food to sustain its ponderous mass. The “”food” will be more taxes — taxing the very life out of the remaining 53% of Americans who still pay them. This massive federal government seeks to control the auto industry, the financial industry, the health care industry and utilities. They will not stop there–just look at Russia as an example. Obama demonizes those people who earn $250,000 or more. He call them “millionaires and billionaires” and stirs up animosity toward these higher income people who have sacrificed and struggled to attain their goals and who provide jobs for many Americans. Even with the current tax system, an individual earning $250,000 a year pays over half of his /her income in taxes when you throw in social security, county, municipal, gasoline, sales, state taxes etc etc. It is hard to imagine someone who takes home barely over $125,000 net being a “millionaire or billionaire” –especially with the high costs of goods in these tough economic times. Obama has polarized the Congress and the entire nation. He has created a massive “dependency and entitlement” mentality for a large percentage of the population–BY DESIGN. These are the folks who will try to vote him back into office.
