Justice Roberts’ Shocking Majority Opinion

Justice Roberts in the Majority Opinion declares Obamacare Constitutional as a Tax. However, he declared it unconstitutional under the Commerce and Necessary and Proper Clauses.

For the second time in less than a week the Supreme Court has shown to all America just how politicized it really is. But why should we be surprised? This is the same court that can sit in a room with the Ten Commanments on its walls and then declare those same Ten Commandments to be unconstitutional after 200 years; the same court that legalized the butchering of 50 million pre-born babies; the same court that outlawed God in America; the same court that said our children cannot pray in school; the same court that had two appointees of Obama on it, including Kagen who helped Obama formulate Obama care and who illegally refused to recluse herself and Soto Mayor who is a member of a radical group LA RAZA; the same court that has declared we cannot even mention God in our court room; the same court that has for 50 years been chopping away at the very spiritual foundations upon which the nation was founded.
